It's Monday, What Are You Reading? (2)

Before I go into this post, I need a quick opinion. As readers, do you think I participate in too many memes? I've been doing Waiting on Wednesday, Blog Hop/Follower Friday (though I might not do that one again), In My Mailbox, and It's Monday, What Are You Reading?. Does this clutter my blog, or is it interesting? Just wondering...

It's Monday, What Are You Reading is hosted by Book Journey. Head on over there to sign up! (Even though Monday is almost over, here anyway...)

Anyway, now onto what I read last week.
Reviews I posted:

Currently, I'm reading Fallen by Lauren Kate. (I also have it on tape that I've been listening to a little, but I prefer to read it.) I'm almost done and it's good so far!

I have quite an extensive pile of books from the librar, so these are just a few I'm planning to read next. I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't actually read ALL of these this week, but I will eventually! (If you look at last week's post, notice I listed 3 books I wanted to read last week and I only read one of them!)

To Be Read:

Sisters Red by Jackson Pearce

Ink Exchange by Melissa Marr

A Match Made In High School by Kristin Walker

  1. I want to read Fallen - its on my shelf I just havent got to it yet.

As far as the meme question, I am bias as I host one of the memes you do - LOL.... but for me, when I first started I was doing about 4 memes a week too and it just got to be too much upkeep. I think they are a great way to meet and connect with other bloggers - which I really like, but I found that it did clutter my blog and took away from what I really wanted to do and that was review books. I dropped them all except this Monday one.

That's just me though. You have to do whats right for you and what you enjoy doing. :D

  2. I'm finishing Obsessive Obsession by Toye Brown, a co-worker of mine and then starting Two Little Girls in Blue by Mary Higgins Clark.

  3. Sheila: Thanks for the feedback. I'm still not sure what I'm going to do, but thanks for the opinion. :)

Thanks for the comments! I read every single one and try to reply, either on your blog or another comment! They make my day!

As of 1/17/11, Book Infinity is an awards-free blog. My schedule is busy as could be, and I don't have time to follow all the rules to pass them on. But I really do appreciate the thought, thanks so much for thinking about me!
